do you know of any ‘books’ about people’s travel experiences.it wud be amzing if i could find one about the uk?

the kind of thing im looking for is ”famous travel journals” i guess..thanks

About 30 years old – “The Kingdom By the Sea” – Paul Theroux

More recently – “Notes from a Small Island” – Bill Bryson (1996)

I like both these American authors. For holiday reading, Bill Bryson has a lighter style, though ‘literary’ types will favor Paul Theroux.
