Do vitamins travel through your body that fast?
I take some exercise vitamins in morning with breakfast, go to the gym and when I get back, my pee is this weird neon yellow colour.
Doesn’t happen when I don’t take the vitamin.
I know they can cause this, but how can your body process them so quickly in the space of about 2-3 hours?
Do you need to take the vitamins?
Not necessary unless recommended by a doctor.
Most common reason would be taking B vitamins. As long as you are taking riboflavin (vitamin B2), which fluoresces and turns your urine Yellow (it is also in most multi-vitamins), then your urine should be a Yellow colour . If it is a very deep yellow then you are likely not drinking enough water.
