Carry on luggage 19-20 inch?

upright, rolls, and it has a piggy back duffel thing that goes on top ( you know the ones that are made to go together as a set), light weight and high quality.

The carryon is fine. the piggy back thingy won’t because then you will most likely exceed your limit. That counts as a seperate item.
