I am moving to florida and and need medical assistance in west palm beach?

I currently am receving full prescription coverage and medical assistance for treatment for HIV. I am able to work but cannot afford the high cost of medicine and dr. visits…..What is the maximum income I am able to make in west palm beach if i was to move there..and where do i find the proper agency to assist me in getting my prescriptions paid for
