Whats the best pillow to buy for neck pain?

I usually sleep with two pillows and there both really old and flat, the last few mornings when i wake up my neck and head are killing me. Anyone know what kind of pillows are good to help this, and i dont really want to spend to much!

The best pillows are solid foam latex. They have little air holes in them to keep them fresh and allow air to circulate. They are a little more expensive-$40-50 US, but you can find them on sale for less at department stores like Elder-Beerman or Kohl’s. These pillows provide comfortable neck and head support, never lose their shape and literally last for years and years. It is truly worth the money, as you will save $ on other things like meds/treatment for the sore neck and head.

Also, make sure your back and shoulders are covered when you sleep to cut down on morning soreness from drafts.
