International Travel studies, Tourism in Ireland : CMIT or Portobello school?

I am planning on starting a career in travel or tourism in Ireland and I would like to know what would be better? CMIT offers a Distance Learning Diploma in International Travel studies whereas Portobello School offers full-time and part-time courses including Travel and Tourism.
Could someone tell me what would be better recognized in the travel and tourism industry of Ireland?
