Although most low cost online flights have somewhat lower levels of service, and rather inaccessible airports, European flights have been attracting many business as well as leisure customers.

They keep fares super cheap. Most likely the fares with low cost airlines are going to be one way. It is wise to book your flight way before the date that you have to travel as this way you are more likely to get the cheapest rate. If you leave bookings until the last minute, fares are almost always much higher than ones that were purchased well in advance.

easyJet is the most popular airline in Britain. In 2009 over 28 million passengers flew with easyJet through UK airports, which is significantly more than any other airline. That shows that there pricing structure is working. They also allow for few restrictions when purchasing tickets, which add to the appeal of a low cost online flight even more. The other airlines that have traditional pricing have a hard time competing with low cost airlines.

In the past many of the older companies stopped service because of the fact that fuel was so expensive. The low cost airlines make money by selling more tickets thanks to the fact that they have such affordable rates. Winter is the slowest travel season for airlines, made more so by the fact that rates will go up to compensate for the likely hood of rising fuel costs.

Many of the older airlines have had to change their prices to try and stay in competition with the low cost online flights. They are losing business at an alarming rate, since the price of everything has went up, as a direct result of the global financial crises and the high cost of fuel.

Pretty much all low cost operators function without paper tickets. E-tickets are the way to go. You pay online or by phone, and give your reservation number. This streamlines the entire process of airline ticket buying. The rate of travel agent sells has also dropped dramatically thanks to low cost online flights. It is cheaper by far to buy the tickets from a low cost carrier, than to go through a travel agent, who works on commission that comes from customers.

With easyJet, people cannot even use travel agents; they must use the airline directly. Without the middle man you save a lot of money. Most low cost online flights do not have hubs like other airlines, thus they rely solely on point to point travel.

The Boeing 737 is one of the most common aircraft for the low cost carriers. By choosing to use one aircraft model, they can reduce costs on maintenance and maintenance crew wages.

easyJet operates on over 500 routes and have 182 aircraft in 28 countries. The company was founded by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou in 1995 and they led the way in using the internet to improve services to customers. easyJet are a highly efficient airline so that results in lower airfares for their customers.

easyJet fly to primary airports throughout Europe and operate on 45 of the top 100 routes in Europe, that is more than any other airline.

Wanna see how the A-list would spend their time on the Voyager of the Seas? In this video you can take a look inside a huge Royal Suite on-board the Royal Caribbean Voyager of the Seas. It even has a grand piano.

Watch as the adventure begins! The kids in the video say “Awesome!” and “Looks more like a mall than a ship.” Watch as they welcome to the Royal Suite! Real People having Real Fun!

Here is a bit more information about the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Voyager of the Sea.

Voyager of the Seas is part of Royal Caribbean’s International’s innovative Voyager Family of ships and comfortably carries 3,114 passengers. On board this amazing ocean liner you will find everything that a small city would have to offer including a rock-climbing wall and an ice-skating rink and many other facilities and entertainment options.

You can enjoy fitness activities, relaxing swimming areas, and nightly entertainment which are all part of this mega ship’s many fun options aimed to please all ages.

For people worried about just stacking on the weight and not exercising then don’t worry. You can particpate in sports and fitness offerings such as a full basketball/volleyball court, rock-climbing wall, golf simulator, jogging track, in-line skating track, nine-hole miniature golf course, and a top-of-the-line fitness center and spa. Also, the on-board entertainment complex houses an ice skating rink, which doubles as a TV studio and concert venue.

If that all sounds like too much then you can instead just relax alongside the three pools and whirlpool spas which on this ship have ample places to soak up some rays. Families are taken care of with the outdoor family deck, complete with a water-slide.

You know on-board an ocean liner you are going to enjoy your food. Three main dining rooms are found on the Voyager of the Sea. They are all connected by a grand, sweeping staircase. Additionally, four other dining areas and restaurants provide more casual options. After the sun sets, choose between a jazz club, nightclub, golf bar, cigar bar, sports bar, cocktail lounge, aquarium bar (which features several incredible tanks containing colorful fish), champagne bar, and dancing lounge. There are also live performances at ship’s very own theatre and games of chance in the Casino Royale.

You could not ask for anything else in a cruise liner. Now what are you waiting for?

Time for a holiday, check out the great deals at Zuji...

About this time of year most of the schools are back in around Australia. During the school holidays I got away with the family to the beach. We found our way to Mollymook in New South Wales. It is a beautiful place and my wife especially likes swimming in an area that is protected by rocks. She is not a fan of waves.

This was a great time and we enjoyed our coast holiday. The problem was it was too short. During the Christmas and school holiday period I still had to entertain my daughter while at home. This has made me feel like I still need a holiday. My wife and I will be planning to go away soon on a holiday in Sydney to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Just a few days away without our daugher…

If you know the feeling of seeing the kids off to school but still feeling exausted maybe you also need to get away for a short holiday just with your special someone. Hopefully that is your wife or husband or at least your partner, not like Tiger Woods…

Some great holiday ideas include a long weekend on the Gold Coast, a couple of days in Melbourne for some shopping. You can also take in a drive along the great ocean road and maybe say hello to the penguins on Phillip Island.

If you are in Sydney maybe a romantic getaway in the Hunter Valley could be for you. Just spend some lazy time tasting wine and enjoying the scenery.

Whatever you decide you can check out the deals available at Zuji.com.au.

I would love to see your comments about where you dream vacation would take place.

To get started I have been fortunate enough to see quite a bit of this planet we live on. Some of my most memorable sights have been the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, the Great Wall of China and the amazing colours of the corals in the Great Barrier Reef.

I have been to some big sporting events such as the Olympics in Sydney and Beijing. I have also been to the Australian Open on many occasions.

They are just a few of my experiences during my travels. Now as I sit here I am thinking about what my dream destinations are.

Tahiti is always one that comes to mind. The view of Bora Bora from an over water bungalow is something I always dream of seeing. Just sitting on the balcony and relaxing sounds good to me. Then when I am ready to cool off I just step into the spectacular lagoon. Perhaps I would slip on the face mask and snorkel and check out the local fish.

Another place I have always dreamed of visiting is the land of the Great Pyramids in Egypt. The sight of the Great Sphinx of Giza and the nearby pyramids is something high on my list of places to visit.

Something else I dream of is to do a Grand Slam of Tennis tour. If money was no object I would take in all of the Grand Slam tournaments in the same year. First of course I would visit Melbourne the home of the Australian Open tennis. While in Melbourne I would head over to Phillip Island to see the penguins. I would also take a drive along the Great Ocean road and then I would let my wife loose in Melbourne to do some shopping.

To fill in some time between the Australian Open in late January and the French Open in May I would go on a cruise going the long way around to Europe. I of course would be in no hurry. I would plan to arrive in Europe in early April and then take in the sights of Italy, maybe even learn a bit of Italian cooking. Once the tennis is about to begin I would arrive in Paris. I of course would do some sight-seeing and take some romantic walks along the river Seine with my wife.

After the French Open it would leave me some time to see a bit more of Europe before skipping over to London to take in Wimbledon. I would spend at least a day on Henman Hill or is that now Murray’s Mound. Hopefully some Aussies would go ok at the tennis to add to the atmosphere.

Next it would be time to head over to the USA. Here I would land in Los Angeles. Next it would be time to pickup the luxury RV and then start cruising. First off I would head up the Californian coastline then keep going north up to Canada. I would then come back down and check out Yosemite before heading across to Las Vegas. From there it is the Grand Canyon and plenty of sights inbetween there and my final destination New York.

Now it is time for a bit more tennis and then perhaps another cruise back to Australia.

That is just some of what I am dreaming about. If only money was no object you could really enjoy yourself. I would need a personal assistant to take care of all of the travel bookings or maybe I could just do it all online. It would be fun trying.

Now over to you. Where would you go if money was no object and you could live out your dream vacation. Love to read about it below.
