Where can I purchase those promotional $99 stays at Timeshares, Villas and Resorts??

I went to a car show and they had a man offering the weekend stay at the Marriott Fairway Villas at Seaview for $99. You just had to go to a presentation about the property for like a hour. Is there any way i can get that offer again?
