On Friday night they had the opening of Expo 2010 in Shanghai. Thanks to satellite tv I got to watch the ceremony which was quite entertaining. If they did not show so many shots of the Chinese politicians it would have been even better.

The expo in Shanghai runs from May 1 through to October 31, 2010.

It is located at a waterfront area along both banks of the Huangpu River mainly between the Nanpu and Lupu bridges.
