Crescent Beach Condo on Atlantic Ave in Cocoa Beach Florida?

Has anyone ever stayed at the Crescent Beach Condos that are on atlantic ave in cocoa beach?
Just wondering how nice they are. We are planning on vacationing there next month. We are renting this from a friends of friends family.. so just trying to know what to expect.

I did not stay at this condo previously, but I have found good reviews and information about condos on justvr.com. I would suggest to check there to see if you can find any information.
